In the recent weeks, we at Dubsmash have been making some big moves, both figuratively and literally. In addition to rolling out some great new features, e.g. soundboards, we have recently moved from our cozy basement suite in Berlin’s district of Mitte to a more spacious loft-style office in Berlin’s district of Prenzlauer Berg.

Young, trendy, and energetic, Prenzlauer Berg is the hub for Berlin’s vibrant start-up culture. Our new office complex, for example, houses a variety of young start-ups and corporations. When walking into the office courtyard, one is constantly encircled by fellow start-up workers discussing future business developments. The surrounding environment radiates an atmosphere of success.
During the day, visitors will find us hard at Install dubsmash at our “work islands”, a collection of grouped desks interspersed throughout the office. Separated into the three thematic groupings, each “work island” corresponds to a certain team. For example, all business workers are grouped together at the “business island”. Ultimately, this setup fosters a cohesive atmosphere in which coworkers can meet and discuss effortlessly.

Situated on the ground Link, our office is easily accessible via our spacious patio. On warm summer evenings, one can find us on the patio enjoying some cold beverages and tasty barbecue. This tradition exemplifies the founders’ mission to create a relaxed environment in which professionalism and play are integrated.

Ultimately, we are very excited to belong to such dynamic community of young professionals in Prenzlauer Berg, and look forward to making our mark here.
